eating in the age of iphones...

..or any phone with a camera, really. or just a camera in general. it started with my mom taking a picture of the pizza with her camera (i've turned her into one of us), then my uncle needed a picture, then i thought why not, me too, and realized how stupid we all looked and called on dylan to join in for this picture.

ridiculous.

and then we put our phones away like normal people and ate that delicious pizza before it got cold.

a whole lotta sexy...

the other night, i decided to take a look at the search words that lead to my blog. most of them are normal and i can think of exactly which post it leads to. but now that halloween is nearing, there's a whole group of terms that can be generalized by 1 word: sexy. now i'm not calling myself sexy, but that's basically how every search term started.

things start off good and fine with girly pumpkin carving, carve a girly pumpkin, and terran eagle pumpkin. but then they take a turn: sexy secretaries, sexy secretary, slit neck, (sarah silverman feet (?!?! just throwing that one in there), heels and booty shorts, sexiest halloween costumes for women ever, sexy halloween costumes, sexy cat, and skanky halloween costumes.

i wonder if i was of any service to these people searching for these things? i had a good laugh anyways. i'm assuming most of the searches lead to this post. and the pumpkin searches would have likely lead to this post.

 and this is basically my costume for this year. sooo, yeah.

maybe people aren't too far off with their searches? haha

in the hopes of meeting some new people and getting some recipes or halloween ideas!

automatic laughter...

it's friday. duh. as if you all didn't know that. i thought i would leave you this little video that had me in tears (in a good way) from laughing. i was hitting my desk i was laughing so hard. after dylan sent it to me, i watched it a second time, then i showed it to my friend, then i showed it to my mom. and basically anyone who would watch. i think it's that funny. the girl is clearly having a fantastic time. i should film my own. now all i need is a mac (& i don't want one, so there goes that idea).

putting the scale to good use...

on saturday night after watching a movie with my parents (i was home this weekend), we all made our way back up to the kitchen. for some reason, we started talking about how heads.. random. then dylan went upstairs and mumbled, "i'm gonna go weigh my head" which then caused my mom to erupt into a fit of laughter and then we all followed suit. so then i figured if dylan is going to weigh his head, then duh, i have to too. any idea how much a human head weighs?

well, according to this scale, dylan weighs in at 11lbs and me at 5lbs. makes sense considering he actually does weigh double me haha

*update: just so people don't think we're complete idiots, we are aware this is not accurate lol

funny animals..you know you like em...

lets end the week with a funny post. clearly, i love funny animal videos. you all remember the wake up kitty series that i found hilarious? well, i've got 2 more videos for ya..aren't you lucky!

i particularly love, "alan, alan, alan, alan, al" and the fighting/playing giraffes...oh and "nighttime..daytime!" ok..it's all funny!

and is this one talented dog or what?!  who knows how they taught the dog that...

we spent tuesday night hanging on the couch with chloe, and i also made dylan watch the hills with me :)don't we look lovely in all of them? haha soo attractive! and then at the end of all the posing and putting up with us, she fell asleep like a baby on her daddy. i think sometimes, she's not all that happy she has us as parents haha
