me time...

do you ever need just some 'me time'? of course you probably do, everyone does right?! that's just what i've needed this past week and a half. after being at my parents house for just over 2 weeks and then going to a cottage and always being around 17 other people, i needed some time by myself. now, i know when i was at my parents, i complained that i had nothing to do. but it's just not the same as being at my own apartment, where i can do what i want, and go where i want anytime...i don't think dylan fully gets it..i don't know, maybe guys don't need 'me time' like girls do? also, i am an only child, i grew up alone (with friends, yes, but no sibling(s) that were constantly around, you know what i mean) and i'm used to it, i like it!

i spent this weekend doing some readings for class, watching a lot of criminal minds (i blame A&E for their 9 hour marathons haha), walking to the mall, walking around yorkville when i saw the exotic car show going on (not that it interested me, but it was something to look at), taking chloe for lots of walks, watching maid in manhattan (cute movie, never seen it before) and just hanging around with me, myself, and i. oh, and chloe of course.

i've got a few more days here, then i'm home at my parents once again on thursday night for my cousin's engagement party and my birthday weekend! yay!
