how to serve sangria...

one afternoon last week was spent like this...drinking sangria on the porch...cut up lots of fruit, and make a kiwi garnish if you're feeling really fancy...

crush ice old fashioned way because there is definitely no ice crusher in this apartment (hey, look at that, i used my hammer again!) --nice double chin i have in the pic..:S

pour the real sangria (as opposed to???!) into each glass. we normally go with Boones sangria, but thought we would try this new one, it's got more alcohol which can never be bad! and it tasted even better in my opinion! woot woot..and at $6.95 a bottle, can't beat it.

enjoy your glasses on the porch on a hot afternoon, get a little drunk and then go to class later ha. works for me!

holy moly. strawberries, pineapples, and kiwi? totally learned something new today. we did blackberries, lemons, and oranges. i'm headed out to publix like NOW and that's the sangria we buy because it is so cheap, haha! thanks!
