phyllo dough and parmesan cheese wrapped asparagus.
spinach and strawberry salad. gotta be honest, strawberries in salad always weirded me out (meaning i had never tried it), but it was good!
looks pretty darn good to me. and you better bet it was!
my fridge covered in all the recipes :)
we were so stuffed. it was all delicious. i wanted to keep going with the chicken, but my stomach wouldn't let me. and then i had leftovers for the next day.
fyi dylan: you are more than welcome to cook dinner all the time :)

As much as I enjoy cooking for someone and have my efforts be appreciated...I would equally love being cooked for like this! Too bad dC has zero skills in this department. Except for making bacon for brunch...but not the eggs. Ya *rolls eyes* LOL
