sunshine and blue skies...

i have to say, i quite enjoyed my weekend. no big plans. just a lot of time spent sitting on my porch, with the sun shining down, and a glass of iced tea filled with ice. there were also lots of walks for chloe. i even got my dress for my cousins wedding coming up. finally. after trying on, i kid you not, probably 40 dresses.  i might as well enjoy my time while i don't have a job, right? whenever i tell someone i graduated, and am now looking for a job, they always say, "enjoy it! don't rush! i wish i didn't get right into work." so, i think i'm starting to take their advice. that's not to say that if i happened to get a job offer soon, i would turn it down. heck no! i'm just not going to stress myself out if/when i still don't have a job in a month. i'll be ok. i'm not going to die!

anyways, i am thoroughly enjoying this beautiful weather we've been having, and i say-keep it coming!

Aww how fun...I love getting new dresses! And I am in the same boat...seriously so funny. An unemployed graduate and loving doing nothing...for now! :) Oh, and you crack me up with sending detailed email about rings to your boyfriend...hey he can't get it wrong if you do that right? Goood luck with everything!

Don't stress, the right thing will come along eventually! When I graduated, I was so obsessed with finding a job right away because I didn't want to have to move back home. I ended up taking the first thing that came along, and wound up in a job that i hated for two years, out of fear. I guess everything happens for a reason, but if you can afford to take some time to figure things out, thats a good thing.

I totally hear you lady. I just graduated and I'm waiting on my boards results... everyone says to just relax and enjoy the time off but it's hard when all you want to do is get working.

I am leaving for Alaska tomorrow so hopefully I will finally be able to relax on vacation :)
