i was a little worried how chloe would handle the move and being in a new place. when we were just moving in stuff the first day, my mom brought her down (she stayed with my parents for the first bit) just for a few hours so she could smell around and check things out. she pretty much whined the whole time. my parents took her home when they left that day, and did the same thing the next day and so on for 3 or 4 days. the whining eventually stopped and she got used to it. then we kept her here for her first overnight and she was great. the last test was going out and leaving her alone and hoping she didn't bark (she never barked at my old place when i went out. i
hate barking dogs) because she was still unfamiliar. i only went out for about 15 minutes, but when i shut the door i didn't hear anything, so i'd say she was fine. and now that it's been about a week? she's right at home.
"hmmm, do i like this new place?"
"i guess it's alright. i got a new couch and big queen sized bed to sleep on. but i miss my toronto friends."
she's pretty cute.
she's also the best.

Chloe is adorable! What kind of dog is she?
Aww I heart how much you love your dog!! I've never had a pet so I've never had that bond but it seems pretty special :)
