after playing board games with friends on friday evening and sleeping over, we made our way back to have a small power nap before heading out to do some shopping along bloor street and to see the lighting ceremony in yorkville - holiday magic. we bundled up because it was absolutely freezing, but even still, we had to walk around a bit during the performances because our toes were going numb!
afterwards we went out with some friends to celebrate a birthday and yet again froze our butts off going from bar to bar. sunday morning we awoke to snow falling and decided to skip the santa claus parade because of it. the snow didn't stop all day and it's actually still going on today. so, hello canadian winter, even though it's still fall for a little over a month.
