one day...

we'll get here, and you'll slowly be able to tick off each national park you want to visit...
and i just want to walk around a cute little town like that, with ginormous mountains in the back...

    I want to go there now.

    (but maybe with a guide, because I just watched 127 hours and now I am afraid I would get lodged in a cavern and die...)

    I have been there! :) It is SO pretty, I hope you make it there someday soon. I took a trip with family back in 2002 up to Canada and we went on a 10 day road trip that started in Calgary and ended in Fernie, with all sorts of gorgeous inbetween! Including Banff and Lake Louise. Seriously best trip ever!

    I went there in 2007 and it's GORGEOUS!! Lake Louise just as Jennifer said! I thought the water would be warm because it was summer but should've realized it's the water that's just melted from snow off of a mountain...sooo it was 40 degrees and I jumped out in TWO seconds; I'll have to show pictures of it on my blog tonight - thanks for the idea! Banff is a must see!!!

    My next travel goal is to see some of the natural parks in the western US. This looks gorgeous, maybe I need to hit up Canada as well :)
