i'm all about free...

i'm going to leave out everything paper & final exam related in this post, you all know that's all i'm doing lately, and that's boring. anyways, midweek, i got an email from the local news station that i had won a little contest i entered 2 days before (i watch breakfast television every morning, and at the end of the show, they said to go online and enter, so on a whim, i thought what the heck). so what was i entering for and what did i win?

 

yep, a barbie and the movie, which i've heard nothing but good things about, so i can't wait to watch it!

and the barbie? i'll keep it unopened to give to my little girl one day ;)

then i was walking chloe on saturday, and one of the houses in the neighborhood had books and movies out front of the house for people to take, so i nabbed these up! i was pretty excited. i don't know what any of them are about, but the descriptions sounded good (nope, never seen/read bridget jones)..and the OC season 2!! wooo still love and miss that show tremendously.

and then my mom came for a visit on saturday (with groceries in tow) and we hung out for a bit, had some lunch etc. and she brought me a whole whack of mini eggs.. that's a lot of mini eggs right there, and i ain't complainin' :)

 

then, a few weeks ago, indigo had a contest on twitter for people to submit pictures of their bookshelves (it's a book store) and everyone that submitted got a gift card! (only 30 or so people entered, that's why everyone ended up winning, there was originally supposed to be 1 winner) yay. and i just got it in the mail today :) 

and then me and chloe hung out, like usual. and i wore dylan's star wars shirt again. just because. what is happening to me?!? (terrible quality because i was using the front facing camera on my phone and it was getting dark out)
