yep, random visits are good. and drowning in shirts that are 5x too big. and awkward hand motions.i'm dating my own real life nerd..who likes star wars, star trek, science and everything in between. (seriously, the kid knows everything)
You look like you're about to fist bump yourself in that last one:) Love the buns, though! (Hair buns, that is. I can't see the others ones so I really can't say.)

ReplyDeleteAH! Firefly FTW. I'm having trouble convincing her to watch any sci-fi with me. I actually think she would enjoy Firefly, the character development in that TV series is incredible. I'll slowly ease her into the Star Gate franchise someday and before you know it we'll be traveling the universe inside Destiny ;)
ReplyDeleteUgh my boy is like that too - he's so dang smart sometimes I want to smack him, esp about science and such. I hate watching Jeopardy with him lol. I love the Firefly reference bc my boy recently got me into that show! He has them all on dvd and honestly I didn't think I would like the show but I'm enjoying it! We just watched the eps where Christina Hendricks (ala Mad Men) guest stars! Guess the boy doesn't know everything bc he had no idea who she was and I picked her out right away haha
