just a short to do list away from fun..

so tomorrow is thursday..only one class at 6pm..and my mom will be here when i get home just after 8-then ill head on home for the weekend! yay..but first, my to do list for tmrw:
-clean/dust
-vacuum
-pack
-make up grocery list
-make sure i bring all parts my costume home
-read!!! (do i have toooo???)

anyways, after that, im free to be dressed up and celebrate some scary good times. like i said, 2 house parties, friday with my friends (not that my friends arent dylans friends, but you know what i mean) and saturday with dylans friends.

also, the next few weekends are kinda awesome and fun-filled; such as:
-this weekend--obvi..halloween! (boo)
-next weekend (my neighbours wedding, i finally get to wear my dress)
-then a weekend with nothing planned
-after that? the 20th is our 3 year anniversary..
-last stop on the fun train (as far as planned events go)--miss paparazzi herself

im totally excited to be going to see LADY GAGA at the end of november!! wooo i wanted to go see her and kanye and was totally bummed when the concert got cancelled (even though he is an ass, his music rocks..IMO)...anyways, shortly after, i found out she would be going on tour on her own..soo on saturday at 11:59 i was at my computer ready to buy tickets..even right away, the floor seats and 200 section seating was GONE! i was only offerred seats in the 300's..
i got one set of tickets that were off to the side of the stage, and after a brief debate, i gave them up in the hopes of getting better tickets. and i think i did. even though were in the the 300s, its not that bad..the stage is directly in front of us, and we are the first row of that section-meaning no one in front of us to block us (mostly me, you know-being 5'2" at concerts sucksss)
so i think our seats will actually be pretty good. i am sooo excited because i think she will put on an amazing show, and be so entertaining and over the top-not to mention, she sounds amazing live and will not be lip synching..
this was a possible halloween costume, but people may have thought i was crazy? lol

playing dress up

i cannot wait for next weekend-halloween!!!
i was going to dress up as lady gaga, thinking of the mtv awards and her red lace dress ensamble-but then i changed my mind, i figured a lot of people would be going as her.
so now im going to be a 50's housewife..yep. and its not going to cost me a cent..best part of it!
i have a black dress from a few new years ago thats a bit puffy, just below the knee and strapless, with black sling back peep toe heels with a bow on the tows. im also going wear a sheer pink apron that my mom just got as a gift (she loves old aprons) and this one literally is from the 50s or 60s..its so pretty. ill pair it with some curled hair, red lips and something else that im not sure about yet...
last year we had a blast here in toronto.

even the dogs got in on the fun before we left for the city!im so awkward in front a camera, especially we had only met the camera guy that night lol joker, mime and dance contestant..

high hopes for this year! friday is a house party and saturday may possibly be the same thing..at least ive got this to look forward to and get me through this next week,.

i am almost done yet another paper!! big sigh of relief-well not quite yet, i still have one page left...should hopefully be fairly simple to finish..about how courts develop legal tests for criminal cases dealing with obscenity and indecency..mmmhmm ...

too bad i have 2 midterms next week-monday and tuesday..soo that means ill be in the library and studying for the better part of the weekend, actually starting tmrw morning, seeing as my only class standing in the way of my weekend is tmrw at 6pm.

soo thats all--studying, papers, a lil chloe time, and thats it !

oh, and whenever i shut the tv off at night in my living room, chloe knows
its time for bed, so she heads into the bedroom and jumps on
my bed. 99% of the time, she sleeps in her crate at night still, except the few
times she will sleep with me and dylan..anyways, last night, i shut the tv off, and she ran
for the bed. when i called her to her crate, she just looked at me, layed down and basically
pretended to be asleep...she got me..i got played..and chloe won.

a scary weekend!

last night, me and dyl went to wonderland's haunt with our 2 friends!! always good for a scare!

anywho-there was lots of screams and head burrying in dylans coat, and running, and mcdonalds! overall=success

it makes me get work done..
after i dropped off my paper, i went to robarts and went on up to the 13th floor-but not before i had to down my pumpkin spice latte bc apparently drinks arent allowed!! grr..
but i wandered around until i found a window spot that was free...while doing so, it was a little weird...its realllly quiet that high up!! all the rows and rows of books, the lights are dimmed and they go on as you walk down the aisles, not many people were around, but enough that they were talking all the window seats!!
but then i found this spot...
so i got myself comfortable, and this was my view..
now, can i remember how i got to this spot to go another time?? probably not lol

nothing new, nothing exciting, school is still kickin my a*s and taking all my time...the usual..im just finishing a paper, then i gotta drop it off, and perhaps grab a coffee somewhere and sit and read for a bit-bc i am like oh so far behind in 2 classes-thats what happens you dont do the readings for just ONE week!! boo you...
umm this weekend?? sure doesnt feel like one..prep for some tests next week, another assignment, reading, a little eating, a little dylan time.
on another note, my parents in old montreal right now.umm jealous!! theyre loving it and took tonnes of pics. i wish dyl and i go in november, but i think it will just be too darn cold-my mom says theyre freezing now even!!
but, i think thats all..maybe ill be back if something interesting happens soon, cuz that would be nice lol

school is taking over my life! i have no time for anything, except a little free time on the weekends...i came home to my parents this weekend (well last night) for the weekend *thanksgiving!!* yummmm...of course, i had to bring a whole backpack worth of texts and notebooks..sigh....damn you higher education!! haha but its all good...i suppose..

anyways, nuit blanche last saturday was OK...i mean, there was far to many people around, and we certainly didnt see enough "art", but it was fun to get out and walk around the city late at night.

blurry, but you get the idea-it was neat to see a huge slide right in the middle of the financial district..it was there, along with another ride, to simulte the 'ups and downs of the market/economy'and the other ride...us*

3 years ago today...

dylan invited himself along to the mall with me. so big deal, right? well this was in college, and we had never spoken to each other (actually, that may be a small lie, i think one time he asked me if i was a snowboarder, and i said no, and there wasnt much else talked about at that time-a little shy). we finished a test, and while waiting outside the classroom, he asked me what i was up to. i said to was going to the mall with my friend (bc we had a huge break before our next class) to look for halloween costumes. he asked if he could come along...took me a little off guard-but i thought ook..anyways, with our friends behind us, we started talking and walking to the parking lot, and i really didnt think he was actually going to come with me.

as we got to the doors to the parking lot, we looked behind us and our friends were gone...so, we went to the mall! ha..and that was the start of things....

this was one of the first pictures of us together-im not sure we were even dating here yet, actually yes we were, but it was still very new..it was after we saw a hypnotist at college one night..

the weekend so far..

so dylan came up thursday to be here for the weekend..he came to my class that night too! (thanks for keeping me company) ha. yesterday was a nice rainy day--alllll day and night long..so we made some asparagus (ie ME) for lunch, and then for dinner i made rice and curry chicken with naan bread, and it was soo good.

dylan also got hurt and exaggerated a bit...and we also took funny picutures...

anyways, now that its saturday, im hoping the weather is looking up and the rain will stop because tonight is nuit blanche! its described as an "all night art thing" and i think its the 4th year toronto has done it..it basically transforms the city into a huge outdoor free art gallery. it goes from 6:55pm until sunrise..so it should be pretty cool! better rest up during the day...
